Meditation through Mindfulness and Movement.

Yoga - Meditation

Offer yourself a weekend away from the dirt, noise and demands of city life, and gift yourself something meaningful: rest, renewal, and reconnection with yourself in nature, and at your own pace.

Tucked away in the wide, unspoilt landscapes of rural Northumberland, Shepherd’s Dene offers something increasingly rare: space, silence, and a deep sense of calm.

Here, feel time slow down, watch your day unfold gently, lose yourself among the rolling hills, ancient stone walls, open skies and the soft rhythm of nature.

Here, where there is no traffic noise, no crowds, no rush, awaken to birdsong in the morning, long views that invite your breath to slow, and settle down to evenings wrapped in stillness.

Here is the kind of place where your shoulders drop without you even noticing, where sleep comes easily, and where you remember what it feels like to simply be.

We are Fabrice and Hannah, founders of Namast’Oss Retreats SAS: our personal brand of Zen & Wellness Retreats in such idyllic locations as the Algarve, Portugal and Northumberland, United Kingdom.

Our mission is to deliver unforgettable experiences in unforgettable places, creating opportunities for those in need of quality time and space for mental clarity and peace.

Meditation through Mindfulness and Movement...

Retreat into this ancient sanctuary of relaxation and reflection, as far away as you can feel from the noise and oppression of city life, and slow time through mindful activities that your soul and spirit crave: Yoga, Walking, Meditation, Stretching, Visualisation and Relaxation.

Begin your morning by being kind to yourself… No more angst from news and social media scrolling, instead, take a deep breath of healing, purifying, Northumbrian country air. Our calming rituals will allow you to refresh your mind, renew your thoughts and restore your senses every morning. Awaken to birdsong, set your intention and watch your day gently unfold, spend blissful time ambling through woodlands and grass…
We can’t wait to hear from you and welcome you on one of our Retreats, whenever the time is right and you hear that inner call...

They lived through the experience

« I just came away with a profound sense of feeling ‘good’ - good about myself, good about how I was spending each day and good about moving forward with the next steps in my life! »
— Alexandra Tai
« I feel much more centred, present in the moment, and thinking much less about the past or the future. I’m far less stressed than before, and far less worried or anxious about so many things. »
— Pierre-Alexandre Taprest
« What I loved was the way we all became really close. It really felt like I had known you for a really long time, even though we had basically just met! »
— Myriam Taprest
